To enhance the scientific and accurate assessment methods for urban waterlogging risk in City B to promote sustainable development, this paper conducts a detailed evaluation of from three dimensions: pedestrian safety, road traffic, waterlogging-prone areas. After considering existing monitoring technologies constructed model, identifies standing water depth, duration, velocity as key indicators utilizes scenario simulation evaluate across these dimensions. Additionally, employs boundary conditions 2-h short-duration rainfall with 5-year return period 24-h long-duration 50-year assessment. The results indicate that, under both short conditions, low-risk areas represent largest proportion areas, reaching 6.36% 10.83% total area, respectively. In traffic assessment, proportions severely congested roads short- are 27.06% 57.15%, high-risk account 0.64% 1.42%

Identifying the spatiotemporal variations in and driving factors of trade-offs synergies among ESs plain area forms a critical foundation for effective management ecosystems regulation. It is also crucial effectively distributing natural assets formulation ecological policy. This research utilized correlation analysis, GWR OPGD to examine Net Primary Production, Soil Carbon, Water Conservation, Habitat Quality Beijing Plain from 2001 2020. The results revealed that 2020, HQ SC showed declining trend, while NPP WC exhibited an increasing trend. trade-off intensities NPP-SC, NPP-WC, WC-HQ increased, whereas NPP-HQ, SC-HQ, SC-WC decreased. High-synergy areas were focused central urban area, with scattered distribution southeast northwest. NPP-SC displayed fragmented spatial significant variations. distributions NPP-WC highly similar, both exhibiting strong synergy. However, demonstrated northern but weaker elsewhere, outside area. kind land use was primary element affecting WC-HQ. NDVI precipitation significantly influenced NPP-SC. key influencing variation type, temperature, precipitation. Temperature determinant SC-WC. intensity not determined by single factor driven interactions between services or shared factors, high heterogeneity. These findings provide valuable guidance developing strategies land-use planning restoration.

Urban waterlogging is a serious urban disaster, which brings huge losses to the social economy and environment of city. As an important means rainfall inundation analysis, numerical simulation plays role in promoting risk assessment waterlogging. Scientific accurate disaster scientific significance for formulation prevention mitigation measures guidance post-disaster recovery reconstruction. In this study, SCS-CN hydrological model GIS coupling method were used simulate under four different return periods realize visualization range depth Zhengzhou. At same time, based on results, building as basic unit construct refined framework at street community level hazard, exposure, vulnerability analysis. The results have reference value optimizing working ideas control providing local management departments effectively deal with disasters.

Abstract In torrential rain disasters, affected areas are identified through reporting and patrolling; however, traffic monitoring remains a challenge. This study establishes anomaly detection method during heavy disasters. Using probe trajectory data collected such events, the proposed captures flow characteristics using directional vectors of road inflow outflow. The effectiveness was evaluated comparisons with previously methods. results confirmed that compared existing methods, could more accurately detect anomalies, as U-turns detours, can be used to other anomalies. Moreover, model necessitates minimal calibration effort because it requires only two parameters—time step rate change. various anomalies occur disaster will contribute early restoration damaged by providing detailed understanding damage situation.
