Abstract
In
recent
years,
the
point-of-care
testing
(POCT)
device
for
nucleic
acid
detection
has
received
extensive
attention.
POCT
provides
rapid,
high
sensitivity
and
accuracy
of
on-site
diagnosis

quantify
in
clinical

The
