Abstract
Multi‐target
detection
is
a
notable
development
direction
in
the
field
of
analytical
methods,
boasting
significant
potential
for
breakthroughs
complex
sample
detection.
Herein,
an
extended
gate
field‐effect
transistor
(EGFET)
sensor
array
ultrasensitive
and
multi‐target
antibiotics
developed.
To
enhance
recognition
ability
diverse
antibiotics,
dual‐recognition
strategy
based
on
tailor‐made
molecularly
imprinted
polymer
(MIP)
aptamer
adopted
to
fabricate
electrode
(sensing
electrode).
The
strategy‐based
EGFET
exhibits
superior
sensitivity,
selectivity,
stability
compared
single
probes
due
synergistic
effect
affinities
MIP
specific
aptamer.
developed
can
detect
three
types
including
ampicillin,
amoxicillin,
kanamycin,
at
same
time
with
record‐low
limit
(fM
level)
range
spanning
six
orders
magnitude.
