BACKGROUND With the continuous progress of colorectal cancer treatment technology, survival rate patients has improved significantly, but problem postoperative neurocognitive dysfunction gradually attracted attention. AIM To analyze risk factors for delayed recovery (DNR) after laparoscopic surgery and constructed a prediction model to provide an evidence-based reference prevention DNR surgery. METHODS The clinical data 227 with who underwent regional cerebral saturation oxygenation (rScO2) monitoring at our hospital from March 2020 July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Common potential affecting used as analysis variables, univariate multifactor carried out step by determine predictors construct model. predictive performance was assessed receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, calibration curve assess fit data, nomogram drawn. In addition, 30 met inclusion exclusion criteria January 2023 selected external verification RESULTS incidence in modeling group 15.4% (35/227). Multivariate revealed that age, years education, diabetes status, lowest rScO2 value independent influencing (all P < 0.05). Accordingly, area under ROC 0.757 (95%CI: 0.676-0.839, 0.001), Hosmer-Lemeshow test suggested well fitted (P = 0.516). C-index validation row 0.617. BACKGROUND Pseudomyxoma peritonei is a rare tumor that can produce biological behavior similar to of malignant tumor. Surgical resection combined with chemotherapy the traditional treatment method, but effect not good. Cell reduction (CRS) intraperitoneal thermoperfusion (HIPEC) has become new method for peritoneal pseudomyxoma (PMP). AIM To find out if CRS and HIPEC be used safely effectively treat PMP. METHODS This an observational study. Clinical data PMP patients treated + at our hospital from January 2013 June 2023 was collated analyzed. The main outcome measures were overall survival (OS), secondary incidence surgical complications serious adverse events. Complications graded according common event evaluation criteria. Peritoneal staging performed using index (PCI) scoring system, cell degree (CCR) score after CRS. CCR-0 CCR-1 considered satisfactory RESULTS A total 186 included, median age 56 (48-64) years, 65 (34.9%) years in males, 121 (65.1%) females. BACKGROUND Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in world, and its prognosis closely related to many factors. In recent years, incidence vascular thrombosis patients with GC has gradually attracted increasing attention, studies have shown that it may a significant impact on survival rate patients. However, specific mechanism underlying association between remains unclear. AIM To analyze relationships support other clinicopathological factors their influence GC. METHODS This study retrospectively analyzed data 621 divided them into positive group negative according presence or absence thrombus. The difference 5-year cumulative two groups was compared, thrombus were analyzed. RESULTS Among GC, thrombi 31.7% (197 patients). Binary logistic regression analysis revealed degree tumor differentiation, depth invasion, extent lymph node metastasis independent influencing for occurrence (P < 0.01). trend χ 2 test showed linearly correlated percentage 0.01), correlation more (r = 0.387). Univariate significantly lower than (46.7% vs 73.3%, P Multivariate age, diameter, TNM stage, risk (all 0.05). Further stratified stage III thrombolase-positive thrombolase-negative (36.1% 51.4%; CONCLUSION Vascular status an factor affecting combination suppositories staging can better judge guide reasonable treatment.

Erythropoietin-induced hepatocyte receptor A2 (EphA2) is a tyrosine kinase that plays key role in the development and progression of variety tumors. This article reviews expression EphA2 gastrointestinal (GI) colorectal cancer (CRC) its regulation pyroptosis. Pyroptosis form programmed cell death an important tumor suppression. Studies have shown regulates pyrodeath through various signaling pathways, affecting occurrence, metastasis GI CRC. The overexpression closely related to aggressiveness CRC, inhibition can induce improve sensitivity cells treatment. In addition, intercellular communication microenvironment interactions with other cytokines receptors, further influencing progression. CRC underlying mechanisms provide us new perspectives potential therapeutic targets, which implications for future
