This study tested the role of perceived social support as a moderating factor in mediation COVID-19-related concerns association between continuous traumatic stress (CTS) and depression. The participants were 499 college students who responded to an anonymous online questionnaire. On 31 May 2021, the Political Bureau of Central Committee Communist Party China proposed policy that a couple can have three children, and rolled out more supportive measures to further optimize fertility policies. However, while Chinese government is optimizing its policy, sudden outbreak COVID-19 raging around world, which threatens implementation China's optimization policy. Based on this, this paper firstly explores impact women's intentions. Secondly, based Theory Planned Behavior, constructs structural equation model quantitatively reveal specific factors affect intentions under epidemic, as well their paths, then puts forward corresponding suggestions for solve problem fertility, aiming at delaying population aging structure. The research results show that: (1) lowers women childbearing age. (2) During pandemic, economic pressure emerged biggest factor affecting decline in income caused by pandemic has become an important preventing from having children. (3) conflict between work still government's provision perfect childcare services strengthening protection employment rights interests will greatly reduce anxiety about childbearing.

Governments worldwide have announced stimulus packages to remobilize the labor force after COVID-19 and therefore cope with COVID-19-related recession. However, it is still unclear how facilitate large-scale work resumption. This paper aims clarify issue by analyzing prefecture-level dataset of human mobility trajectory information for 320 million workers about 500,000 policy documents in China. We model resumption as a collective behavioral change due configurations capacity, motivation, instruments using qualitative comparative analysis. find that effectiveness post-COVID-19 recovery varied across China depending on fiscal administrative capacity motivation prefecture. Subnational procurement policies were more effective wholesale retail sector hotel catering sector, whereas manufacturing business services sectors required effort regarding employment policies. Due limited prefectural wavering simultaneous adoption fiscal, employment, interventions endangered highlight necessity tailored postcrisis strategies based local sectoral structure.
