Crumb rubber-modified asphalt mixtures have been proven to extensive utilization value in road engineering. However, the rubber releases more fumes during construction period, which causes severe harm human health and environment. This research focused on emission risk of fume from crumb asphalt, then inhibition technology was also optimized. Firstly, behavior hazardous evaluation were investigated. Then, characteristics materials evaluated. Finally, reduction inhibited identified, optimized formula determined based effect, rheological properties, cost. The results indicate that asphalts release components with an increment temperature content. Desulfurized reduces H2S NO. Benzene compounds, including paraxylene, toluene, benzene, are most released pollutants health, especially DS CRA 20% 50%. Kaolin powder expanded graphite a sufficient pore structure volume, addition while possibly promoting NO H2S. Their has significant control effect particulate matter at 170 °C 185 °C. With consideration emissions, cost, 40%-EG2%-KL2% as optimization formula. is helpful application maintenance.

Polymer Ca-alginate capsules with rejuvenator bring a high healing level for asphalt concrete under dry environments; however, the levels of bituminous mixtures containing water conditions are still unknown. In view this, this study aimed at exploring polymer various solution following cyclic loads. This involved preparation capsules, followed by evaluation their morphological characteristics, resilience to compression, thermal endurance, and content. The assessment properties utilizing was conducted through fracture–heal–refracture examination. Fourier transform infrared spectrum experiments determine release ratio remaining content in extracted binder from capsule–asphalt after treatment. Meanwhile, dynamic shear rheometer utilized investigate rheological characteristics binder. Results revealed that ratios beams environment were significantly higher than conditions, alkali has worst effect on improvement ratio. coupled impact moisture intrusion ion erosion resulted an enhancement complex modulus while concurrently reducing its phase angle. Consequently, restorative capacity weakened.

9,10-Dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphorophenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), recognized for its role as an efficacious fume suppressant, has been shown to mitigate the emission of noxious vapors emanating from asphalt. However, comprehensive influence DOPO on composition and properties asphalt had remained unexplored. This study embarked in-depth examination effects various dosages chemical asphalt, employing hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) alongside exhaustive analysis components. Furthermore, investigation elucidated consequences different physical, rheological properties, aging resistance The results 1H-NMR component disclosed that engaged in reactions with unsaturated groups within catalyzing a metamorphosis saturates into aromatics resins. This study focuses on the common key technologies of “environmentally friendly and resource-saving” asphalt pavement. Reactive deodorizers react with volatile chemicals irritating odors in under high temperature conditions, converting them into stable non-volatile macromolecules to remove achieve a deodorizing effect. A goal is develop clean pavement materials main characteristics “low consumption, low emissions, pollution, efficiency”. In this experimental research, we used gas-emission detection devices methods detect evaluate odor concentration, SO2, NO, organic compounds, other gases substances production construction mixtures.
