Against the backdrop of a “dual-carbon” strategy, use photovoltaic storage charging stations (PSCSs), as an effective way to aggregate and manage electric vehicles, new energy sources, storage, will be important primary component electricity market. The operational characteristics aggregated resources within PSCS determine its bidding space, which has influence on strategy. In this paper, novel space model is constructed for PSCSs, dynamically integrates generation, storage. A two-stage strategy multiple PSCSs established, with stage I aiming at achieving lowest cost power purchased by optimize generation plan II grid operator’s purchase system’s balance.
