Manufacturing

“outcome”

with

outcome-based
contracts
(OBCs).
Offering
OBCs

sustainability.
However,
implementing

capabilities.
Existing
literature
has
focused
on
identifying
these
necessary
capabilities,
but
prioritization
interrelationships
among
them
remain
unexplored.

study

a
hybrid
analytical
hierarchy

structural
modeling

OBC-related
capabilities

small
medium-sized
(SMEs).
