AbstractAs an important task in spatial data mining, trajectory transportation mode recognition can reflect various individual behaviors and traveling patterns urban space. As is essentially a sequence, many scholars use the sequence inference models to mine information data. However, such methods often ignored correlation between points implemented evaluation based only on representative feature statistics selected preprocessing stage, thus have difficulties acquiring high-order pattern features. In this study, we propose novel ensemble method for representing with graph structure dependency relations. This integrates of characteristic travel path into fused convolutional network obtain semantic at multiple levels. We validate our proposed experiments benchmark dataset from Microsoft GeoLife project. The results demonstrated that outperforms other baseline trajectories. help discover movement residents, further provide effective assistance management cities. Keywords: Trajectory datagraph convolution networktransportation recognitionfeature extractionfeature fusion AcknowledgmentsThe authors are grateful associate editor, Urska Demsar, anonymous referees their valuable comments suggestions. project was supported by National Natural Science Foundation China (42371446 42071442) Fundamental Research Funds Central Universities, University Geosciences (Wuhan) (No.CUG170640). research also Meituan.Author contributionsWenhao Yu: Conceptualization, methodology, formal analysis, validation, writing—original draft preparation, writing—review editing, supervision, administration, funding acquisition; Guanwen Wang: Methodology, investigation, visualization. This study's goal is to investigate the connection between results of remote work (RW) and how that affects firm performance (FP). Using an empirical study 128 IT professionals in a representative sample. Information was acquired through organized questionnaire interviews with business management. RW other workplace flexibility practices were studied for their effects on FP using multiple regression analysis, mean differences dimensions businesses analyzed t-test. The findings show has positive relationship indicators such communicate frequently well (CFW), encouraging work-life balance (EWB), maintaining interest productivity (MIP), providing accessible technology (PAT). use flextime, employee participation job planning design, rigorous results-based management, usage variable pay workers are all increasing organizations. Businesses become more adaptable as result management stressing value balance, assuring interest, giving technologies will boost performance. The restrictions imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic have led to significant changes in travel behaviour and public activities, they might contributed residential location choices. However, research examining relationship between choice is very limited. To that end, this paper focuses on how pandemic-induced work patterns, preferences daily activity patterns altered potentially, relocation trends. main determinants of been established literature over past 30 years: physical attributes dwelling; surrounding built environment; affordability; accessibility transportation, workplaces, services. each these are prioritised differently depending circumstances. Therefore, exploring priorities shifted after can pave way for understanding shift as a consequence. From review, key findings include decreasing importance transport workplace pandemic. Firstly, teleworking becoming more prevalent within office jobs than before pandemic, leading less frequent trips conventional reducing need live commutable distance workplace. Secondly, other activities likewise become due either remote alternatives (e.g., online shopping) or shifting towards services closer home, general. Another consequence people staying at home longer before, thus increasing desirable dwelling such larger house size wider green space. Since generally affordable areas accessible services, may subsequently lead migrations lower population density, potentially decentralising urban areas.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the travel behaviour of urban residents in an unprecedented manner, especially public transit (PT) users. PT experienced a decline ridership around world early and been struggling to rebound again pre-pandemic levels, whereas other modes have reached their levels. agencies trying attract users back through service improvements policies; nevertheless, impacts policies that were effective prior are not guaranteed post-pandemic due lasting effects on behaviour. This study compares changes accessibility, ease reaching destinations, jobs by commute mode share pre- (2016 2021) with equity lens three largest metropolitan regions Canada: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver. Results show planning for accessibility is still impactful tool increase era, yet magnitude impact declined almost 50% Toronto Montreal 30% Vancouver low-income groups. In remains higher compared other-income groups, which similar times. The unprecedented COVID-19 outbreak has significantly influenced our daily life, and COVID-19's spread is inevitably associated with human mobility. Given the pandemic's severity extent of spread, a timely comprehensive synthesis current state research needed to understand impact on mobility corresponding government measures. This study examined relevant literature published present (March 2023), identified trends, conducted systematic review evidence regarding transport's response COVID-19. We key agendas synthesized results, examining: (1) changes by transport modes analyzed regardless policy implementation, using empirical data survey data; (2) effect diverse interventions reduce limit controversial issues travel restriction effects; (3) future issues. findings showed strong relationship between pandemic mobility, significant impacts decreased overall remarkable drop in transit ridership, behavior, improved traffic safety. Government implemented various non-pharmaceutical countermeasures, such as city lockdowns, restrictions, social distancing. Many studies were effective. However, some researchers reported inconsistent outcomes. provides urban planners valuable insights facilitate better preparation for health emergencies that affect transportation.

Upon its irruption in early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic spurred a flurry of reflection on potential long-term effects urban mobility. Despite widespread speculation about likely permanent impacts mobility, few academic accounts have re-examined extent to which these speculations were warranted once is over. To this end, present article explores retrospective perceptions key stakeholders regarding mobility regime, through qualitative case study Barcelona Metropolitan Region, involving 22 semi-structured interviews. Approaching lens sociotechnical regimes and multilevel perspective (MLP), we identify perceived changes regime aftermath pandemic, as well four main obstacles effecting transformative change towards sustainable during "window opportunity" created by pandemic. Our findings suggest that has generally not led significant with two exceptions: normalisation teleworking, consolidation tactical urbanism approaches street redesign. These confirm obduracy existing while pointing promising inroads might result transformation or destabilization current regime.

Extensive research explored the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on our daily life. Nevertheless, few them examined its long-term effects which are more complex and profound. Within this context, we investigate lasting individuals' time allocation, travel behavior, purchasing habits based American Time Use Survey (ATUS) datasets from 2019 to 2022, covering both pre-epidemic stage post-vaccination era. Specifically, study considers activity durations frequencies, as well a fragmentation indicator, ratio (TTR), Gini index modes, determine if altered schedules with possibly long term impacts behavior. The results indicate that Americans were less active participating in outdoor activities or traveling during did not revert pre-pandemic levels 2022. Additionally, comparing period period, participants devoted transportation (such walking bicycling), public transportation. Meanwhile, duration online purchases United States (US) increased. Unlike previous studies primarily focused single aspect year, analysis provides comprehensive framework for better understanding COVID-19.
