This study endeavors to establish a transient mixed lubrication model for time-varying wear of main bearings under dynamic loading conditions during the startup process. accounts variations in oil film thickness attributable deformation, profiles, and journal misalignment throughout operational cycle. The evolution bearing characteristics process was analyzed, as well profiles their effects on lubricating properties different numbers startups. results indicate that number cycles increases, rate gradually levels off. With increasing times, there is decrease contact pressure slight reduction pressure, resulting enhanced performance. Furthermore, influence duration significantly greater than radial clearance.

In the context of green building and sustainable urban development, understanding mechanical behavior structural components like concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) columns is crucial due to their improved load-bearing capacity, energy efficiency, optimized material usage, which enhance resilience sustainability. This research addresses complex development confining stress its impact on concrete core (CC) within these columns, are essential for infrastructure. Through extensive numerical studies, this study proposes a model estimate in axially loaded CFST short columns. Study findings reveal that confinement effectiveness influenced by variables such as compressive strength (CS) concrete, cross-sectional shape, depth-to-wall thickness percentage. Additionally, also significantly affected yield strain εy/εc peak unconfined εc. A three-dimensional finite element (FEM) was built simulation columns’ nonlinear rigorously validated against experimental data. aids design implementation more efficient resilient structures, supporting principles construction. The underscores importance integrity provides valuable insights improving materials.

Among the many methods and techniques for optimizing soil-cultivating unit parameters, method of Lagrange multipliers occupies a special place. In this article, is used to develop analytical dependencies that make it possible determine optimal values of operating width speed tillage (ploughing cultivating) units at set value tractor engine power linear nature dependence its slipping on traction force. As result, was found decreasing intensity in ploughing ( $$\:B$$ ) with an increase plough's specific resistance coefficient $$\:{K}_{s}$$ practically independent depth $$\:h$$ ). When changing parameter range 0.22–0.30 m, increasing from 50 65 kN m− 2 requires reducing by 23%. The maximum performance plough occurs minimum , $$\:V$$ parameters. This result achieved width. At same time, cultivator (3.6 1) (3.0 m s− parameters amounts 8.6 ha h− 1. Compared option (2.0 28.4% more.
