With the rapid development of aerospace, automobile, and ocean industries, there is an urgent need for fabrication high-performance polymer matrix composites with low friction wear in wide temperature ranges. In this paper, polytetrafluoroethylenes (PTFEs) doped polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK), carbon fiber (CF), TiC were prepared, effects testing temperatures from room to 250 °C air conditions investigated. The results showed that coefficient PTFE had no obviously changing trend, while resistance properties significantly improved. This paper presents the tribological properties of MXene (Ti3C2Tx) coatings on surface impregnated zinc phosphate graphite. were deposited graphite by electrophoretic deposition method at different voltages 5 V, 10 and 15 V. The investigated from room temperature to 400 °C in ambient air. results show that are helpful improve elevated temperatures. V have best anti-friction behaviors among voltages, which indicates suitable for applications a wide range temperatures, especially high-temperature environments. average CoF is about 0.18 200 °C, 0.25 300 0.21 respectively. relatively stable with increase temperature. Moreover, low-friction mechanism was discussed. attributed good self-lubricating transfer film coatings.
