With the use of digital technologies in today's innovation era, financial sector has transformed how they facilitate customer business and generate a high level revenue. This study aims to explore relationship between innovative work behavior (IWB), transformation (DT), organizational performance (OFP) analyze mediating role workers' psychological empowerment (PE) independent dependent variables. Further, we examined moderating smart (ST) PE OFP. collected data from Saudi banking employees using well-structured questionnaire adopted previous literature. Next, Smart-PLS was used structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results reveal that IW positively relates OFP, with this relationship. Furthermore, DT affects ST acts as positive moderator enhances Meanwhile, PE, mediator, IWB Overall, makes valuable theoretical, empirical, practical contributions, which can benefit bank management, policymakers, future academic research.
