Enzyme-assisted ultrasonic extraction (EAUE) was utilized and optimized for extracting polysaccharides from Schizochytrium limacinum meal (SLMPs) via the response surface methodology. The optimal EAUE conditions were determined as follows: enzyme concentration at 5.18%, temperature 53 °C, duration of 40 min, power 60 W, a liquid-to-material ratio 34 mL/g, achieving polysaccharide yield 11.86 ± 0.61%. purified component, SLMP1-1, isolated using DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow Sephadex G-100 columns, exhibited potent antioxidant activity. with molecular weight 25.5 kDa, comprises glucose, mannose, arabinose, galactose in molar 16.39:14.75:1:693.03. 1H NMR analysis revealed α configuration SLMP1-1. Antioxidant assessments, including DPPH, ABTS, ferric ion reduction assays, detected inhibitory values 21.82–82.98%, 38.21–98.46%, 3.30–20.30% 0.2–1.0 mg/mL. This confirmed effective capacity which is notably enhanced post oral gastric digestion. findings suggest that extracted hold significant promise natural antioxidants.

Abstract The derivation of polysaccharide has an important impact on its properties. preparation process phosphorylated-shaddock skin polysaccharides (SSP) and acetylated-SSP was optimized by the response surface method. constructed model accurate reliable in predicting substitution phosphate content phosphorylated-SSP. This method simple easy to operate, which provided a basis for large number derivatives.

Nanocellulose (CNF) has emerged as a promising alternative to synthetic petroleum-based polymers, but the conventional preparation process involves multiple tedious steps, heavily dependent on chemical input, and proves cost-inefficient. This study presented an, in situ ultrasound-assisted extraction using deep eutectic solvent (DES) based choline chloride oxalic acid for more facile production of CNF from raw durian husk fibers. FESEM analysis confirmed successful web-like nanofibril structure with width size ranging 18 26 nm. Chemical composition FTIR revealed selective removal lignin hemicellulose fiber. As compared post-ultrasound treatment, consistently outperforms, yielding higher yield finer fiber significantly reduced content. Integrating this eco-friendly ultrasonication-assisted one-pot method 7.5 min interval yielded highest 58.22 % minimal The superior delignification ability achieved through proposed protocol surpasses individual efficacy DES ultrasonication processes, neither which our experimental setup. single-step fabrication reduces usage streamlines steps web-structured that is ideal sustainable application membrane separator.
