In this paper, COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to carry out simulations visualise the distribution of acoustic field and sound pressure in reaction cavity for different ultrasonic frequencies, powers, shapes, horn diameters action depths. The results indicate frequency affects uniformity distribution, power magnitude sonic pressure. Taking into account that not less than cavitation threshold, evenly distributed, it energy-saving environment-friendly. optimal simulation conditions are obtained. a 500 mL cylindrical chamber, 25 kHz 130 W, respectively. diameter 34 mm, depth 30 mm. Under these conditions, maximum reaches 1.08 × 106 Pa.

Clean and efficient extraction separation of precious metals from discarded Pb-Sn alloy is critical to the sustainable utilization solid waste resources. Dense oxide layer compact texture in pose challenges effective leaching process. Ultrasonic waves are demonstrated improve efficiency via favorable physical chemical effects solution system. In this study, ultrasound-assisted technology attempted rapidly selectively extract Pb alloy, gives emphasis on ultrasonic electrochemical behaviors. The Eh-pH diagrams Sn-H2O Pb-H2O systems were firstly analyzed lay selective dissolution foundation. It's indicated that oxidizing HNO3 lixiviant suitable realize Pb. Both Sn can be dissolved ionic Sn2+ Pb2+ solution. However, oxidizes Sn4+ further hydrolyzes insoluble SnO2, which will agglomerate unreacted materials limit internal metal conventional Due vibratory stripping by effect ultrasound, acid time for halved with ultrasound assistance. About 99.12 % only 0.1 under following optimal parameters: 0.5 mol/L HNO3, temperature 80 °C, 30 min, liquid-to-solid ratio 20 mL/g, intensity 0.52 W/cm2. Leaching kinetics Pb, phase transition, microstructure evolution, galvanic corrosion polarization curve studied determine enhanced mechanism. Notably, form a microcorrosion cell acts as cathode protected while undergoes intensifying anode giving rise higher efficiency. Eventually, it's suggested extracted separated during process effects, especially sonochemistry aspect intensified spot corrosion. proposed work applicable valuable various alloys through method.
