The study of metagenomics is an emerging field that identifies the total genetic materials in organism along with set all like deoxyribonucleic acid and ribose nucleic acid, which play a key role maintenance cellular functions. best part this technology it gives more flexibility to environmental microbiologists instantly pioneer immense variability microbial communities. However, intensively complex identify suitable sequencing measures any specific gene can exclusively indicate involvement metagenomes be able advance valuable results about these This review provides overview metagenomic advancement has been advantageous for aggregation knowledge genes, communities its metabolic pathways. More drawbacks mainly depend on sequence-based analysis. Therefore, 'targeted based metagenomics' approach will give comprehensive ecological, evolutionary functional sequence significantly important genes naturally exist living beings either human, animal microorganisms from distinctive ecosystems.

Abstract The prolonged start-up time and low total nitrogen removal of anammox hinder its full-scale application. Herein, application nano-zerovalent iron strength magnetic field in sole combination to abbreviate the period long-term process stability was carried out. reactor’s with only (R3) 34 days, saving 43.3% compared control. increase efficiency over control 43.7% during period. However, reactor coupled treatment (R4) more stable higher (80%) at high loading (5.28 kg/m 3 /d). Anammox gene copy number R4 highest after 180 days culture, followed by (R2) R3 reactor. functional genes denitrifying bacteria (nirK nirS) were also identified all reactors numbers R2, R3. Furthermore, throughput analysis showed that Thauera performing partial denitrification, Ignavibacterium dissimilatory nitrate reduction ammonium or nitrite present reactors, abundant R4, confirming attributed synergistic relationship other nitrogenous genera anammox. abundance PD DNRA nano-zero valent field, achieved this research, opens opportunity complete via partial-denitrification, anammox, (SPDAD) process.
