Abstract Concentration‐discharge (C‐Q) relationship in streamflow provides insights into hydrological transport at the catchment scale. Changes connectivity during runoff events often dominate flood and solute export karst catchment. However, only few studies have explored intra‐event C‐Q relationships how they are affected by In this study, we underground channel flows integrating concentration, discharge modelled flow age a 1.25 km 2 southwest China. Abstract Quantifying suspended sediment concentration‐runoff (SSC‐Q) hysteresis can help to understand the source and transport mechanism of sediment. Due unique lithology, shallow soil, high infiltration capacity, complex geomorphology heterogeneous landscape karst watersheds in southwestern China, SSC‐Q patterns remain unclear this region. In present study, index (HI) was used quantify pattern. The effects rainfall runoff on HI were also evaluated from 2014 2019 Mahuangtian (2.26 km 2 ) Muzhaihe (0.09 watersheds. results showed that clockwise loops accounted for more than 60% total two contrast, counter‐clockwise figure‐eight occupied no 30% 10% patterns, respectively. The occurrence of cyanobacterial blooms in summer are frequently accompanied by the succession phytoplankton communities freshwater. However, little is known regarding roles viruses succession, such as huge reservoirs. Here, we investigated viral infection characteristics and bacterioplankton during bloom Xiangxi Bay Three Gorges Reservoir, China. results indicated that three distinct stages two successions were observed. From cyanobacteria diatom codominance to dominance, first involved different phyla led a Microcystis bloom. dominance Anabaena codominance, second was Cyanophyta genera resulted persistence structural equation model (SEM) showed virus had positive influence on community. Through Spearman’s correlation redundancy analysis (RDA), speculated both increase lysis eukaryotic community lysogeny may contributed blooms. In addition, nutrients supplied might benefit sustain cyanobacteria. Based hierarchical partitioning method, variables still have marked effect dynamics community, although environmental attributes major factors. Introduction The stability of exposed slopes is prone to natural disasters, seriously threatening socio-economic and human security. Through years exploration research, we proposed an active permanent greening (APG) method based on patented mineral solubilizing microorganisms (MSMs) as improvement over the traditional method. Methods In this study, selected two MSMs ( Bacillus thuringiensis Gongronella butleri ) a plant species Lolium perenne L.) set up six treatments (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, T6) investigate effectiveness their combinations with soil using APG Results We noted that both significantly improved aggregate organic matter content. Of all treatments, T1 treatment exhibited better results, content increased 45.63% 137.57%, respectively, compared control. Soil was significant positively correlated macroaggregate negatively microaggregates. Using structural equation modeling analysis, further evaluated mechanism underpinning influence fractions each graded agglomerates. analysis showed influenced by presence species, primarily realized altering aromatic amide compounds in agglomerates, whereas microaggregate addition MSMs, polysaccharide compounds. Overall, observed effect co-action than or alone. Discussion findings study provide reliable data theoretical support for development practical application gradually develop improve new approach.
