Plateau rivers are considered regional water resource depots, hydropower energy bases, cradles of aquatic dispersal, and barriers to invasive alien species. In this study, 20 major plateau from Guizhou Province, China, were studied (1) investigate the composition, functional feeding group distribution, diversity macroinvertebrates; (2) assess ecosystem health using macroinvertebrate Family Biotic Index. Among species, dammed river sections primarily contained Corbicula fluminea C. nitens Lamellibranchia, urban harbored Bellamya aeruginosa Semisulcospira cancellata Gastropoda, reference sensitive taxa including mayfly Ecdyonurus yoshidae caddisfly Stenopsyche tlenmushanensis . in Guizhou, exhibited highest density macrobenthic organisms. The Shannon-Wiener index was lowest sections, followed by while diversity. As for groups, filter feeders significantly higher than that other groups. contrast, gatherer-collectors shredders relatively low. Assessment showed an unhealthy state, mainly fell into sub-healthy category, had a good status. results study provide baseline data is useful resources management, utilization, ecological environmental protection rivers.

Nowadays, the limitations of media in geo-environmental learning present a significant challenge, as plays an indispensable role fostering students’ comprehensive understanding. Employing technology capable delivering landscape information is crucial for effective environmental education. Utilizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and 360-degree panoramic cameras represents judicious technological choice, which can be seamlessly integrated into virtual tours. This research aims to develop Mobile Virtual Tour (Movie-Tour) medium support learning, especially materials regarding geography. The development (RnD) method used with ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation Evaluation). Data collection product involved conducting need assessment, performing validation tests trials students. To gather field data creating geography Movie-Tour product, we utilized Vehicle (UAV) stereoscopic camera. results demonstrate that Movie- educational immersive experience materials, allowing visualization real-world conditions field. capability enhances engagement exploring physical conditions, fosters independent knowledge acquisition, nurtures their innate curiosity. stands potent practical tool, offering secure students, eliminating direct visits.

This study also examined effects filtering biological interactions on formation maintenance composition diversity. The results highlight habitat heterogeneity composition, with no discernible latitudinal diversity patterns. causal analysis identified electrical conductivity, pH, total nitrogen, phosphorus as primary factors driving changes water sediment grass-type lakes, TN being driver. Liangzi Lake, a typical shallow lake in the middle reaches of Yangtze River, is important for water resource and biodiversity conservation. With development urbanization, anthropogenic activities have posed serious threats to quality Lake. To assess aquatic ecosystem health structure, environmental response, interactions plankton were investigated 2022 2023. The results indicated that temperature was pivotal factor regulating dynamics, with assemblage patterns predominantly shaped by phytoplankton species, which Bacillariophyta spring Chlorophyta summer. In terms phytoplankton, dissolved oxygen N:P ratio significantly affect cyanobacteria distribution. high biomass abundance summer highlight potential risk harmful algal blooms. contrast zooplankton exhibited enhanced resilience changes surrounding environment. Rotifera dominant group both biomass. Most core genera jointly identified eDNA metabarcoding microscopical analysis, had advantages revealing higher diversity. However, some taxa among rotifers such as Liliferotrocha only using analysis. Therefore, combination methods recommended better understand structuring mechanisms assemblages ecosystems.
