Due to rapid urbanization, population growth, industrialization, and agricultural activities, there is an increasing demand for freshwater resources, leading heightened pressure on watershed ecosystems. This study focused the Nishan Reservoir, Qufu Sihe River, Yihe conducting field investigations these water bodies during spring of 2021 2022. Water samples were collected analyzed key quality indicators, including chemical oxygen (COD), biochemical (BOD), total nitrogen (TN), phosphorus (TP), ammonia (AN), chlorophyll A, algal cell density. unveiled notable correlations among various parameters, positive associations between BOD COD, A density, inverse relationships with phosphorus. Moreover, significant identified nitrogen, as well A. The highlighted that TP concentration surpassed threshold 0.20 mg/L in 2021, potentially exacerbating proliferation algae, blooms adversely affecting aquatic ecosystem. emphasizes significance broadening geographical scope utilizing long-term datasets discern trends, determinants, management approaches pertinent quality. Furthermore, this underscores imperative investigating influence nitrogen-to-phosphorus nutrient ratios composition populations, while also taking into account potential impact additional factors like light availability, temperature, flow dynamics communities.

Abstract Progressing climate change significantly affects the quality of life in cities. The related changes rainfall structure lead to an increased frequency extreme hydrological phenomena such as droughts and floods. increasing intensity is a particular threat urbanised areas, where due high degree area sealing, increase runoff volumes peak flow rate observed. Storm water drainage systems are often not adapted accommodate rainwater flows, which leads so-called urban On other hand, prolonged periods without precipitation may, turn, periodic shortages. Cities must implement adaptation strategy. One solutions for rational management implementation Blue-Green Infrastructure.
