Abstract Hygroscopic salt hydrogel photothermal composites and related technology are a promising pathway for water harvesting. However, due to the overly cumbersome preparation process, distribution of surface layer is difficult control efficiency low. In this paper, method proposed greatly simplify process hydrogels improve their atmospheric harvesting performance by constructing temperature‐sensitive interpenetrating networks. Due decomposition some reversible hydrated structures in network during heating warming, carbon nanotubes move autonomously form layered structure with effect on upper surface, which can return its original state after cooling remain stable at room temperature or under solar illumination. Compared general overall materials, agar/GG/PAM/CNT has faster moisture adsorption higher desorption efficiency, 24 h continuous sorption–desorption cycle capable achieving high yield 2.57 L kg sorbents −1 day , superior most recent adsorbents. Simplifying while maintaining improving performance, paves way cost‐effective mass production applications wide range hygroscopic salt‐hydrogel composites.
