The study aims to address the issue of gender inequality in Thailand's seafood industry, with a specific focus on Myanmar female migrant workers Mahachai (Samut Sakhon province). Although women play significant role economy, they have been facing various challenges low-wage industries. Ready-made garments (RMG) are considered the foundation of Bangladesh's foreign profit sector. In Bangladesh, this industry employs roughly 4.5 million people directly and another 15 indirectly. The purpose study is to ascertain socioeconomic challenge faced by Bangladeshi ready-made garment workers. study, both primary secondary data employed. For data, number samples used was 111 RMG workers, using non-probability sampling method. Data collection obtained through questionnaires interviews from five located in Gazipur Dhaka districts. Important statistical techniques tools such as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor regression analysis draw a realistic conclusion based on authentic findings. found that workers confronted with numerous socio-economic challenges psychological problems.
