The growing demand for fuel-efficient, lightweight and lower CO2 emissions is led to the development of materials. Aluminium metal its various alloys are extensively used in many structural applications due specific properties including a high strength-to-weight ratio comparatively good mechanical comparison other metals alloys. aluminium can further be improved when they as matrix composites (MMCs). Various nano additives such ceramics nanoparticles regarded promising reinforcement Aluminium-based MMC (AMMC) their attractive fracture strength with low weight. Herein we comprehensively surveyed 7075 based reinforced (organic inorganic) manufactured through processes influences outlined on tribological by highlighting outstanding results recently published studies. To date, fabrication techniques have been exploit full potential nanoparticles. It was found that stir casting technique usually ceramic significantly alloys-based from an aerospace sector perspective. This review also elucidates some current challenges provides complete framework future research proposed field.

The low corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy materials in chloride environments limits their application light metal structural components. In this study, 434 stainless steel (SS) powders with different numbers scan layers were deposited on T6061 using high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF). Tafel curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), salt spray, and galvanic tests employed to investigate the comprehensive behavior SS coatings a chlorine environment. results showed that porosity decreased as scanning layer increased. A lower slowed penetration corrosive solution led an enhanced long-term attacks immersion spray corrosion. On basis, preferred SS4 sample iron screw composition system was subjected corrosion, its electric current intensity (5.11 × 10−5 A) two orders magnitude than (9.14 10−3 A), well presenting better anti-corrosion behavior.
