Indikator penting kesehatan ibu dan anak dalam mengukur derajat suatu negara adalah status anak. Jumlah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dapat diakibatkan komplikasi kehamilan. Pada kehamilan, diperlukan asuhan yang berkesinambungan berkualitas oleh petugas melalui pemeriksaan antenatal. awal pandemi COVID-19, praktik telehealth untuk layanan terkait kehamilan diterapkan dengan cepat. Telehealth kemungkinan akan terus berlanjut walaupun telah berlalu. Agar sistem memberikan berpusat pada individu telehealth, maka telaah memahami manfaat hambatan pelaksanaan agar bisa dikembangkan. Metode digunakan studi literatur. Database Pubmed Google scholar. Kata kunci pregnancy, Kriteria inklusi literatur diakses PDF, terbit kurun waktu 2019-2023. Terpilih 5 artikel selanjutnya ditelaah. Hasil diperoleh bahwa memiliki diantaranya membatasi paparan memastikan akses berkelanjutan terhadap layanan, kenyamanan, efisiensi waktu. Hambatannya ketidakkonsistenan mengenai kualitas jenis tersedia, logistik penjadwalan belum teratur, serta kurangnya privacy. Disimpulkan telehelath merupakan inovasi pelayanan harus dikembangkan memperhatikan terjadi.

Perinatal mental illness is a prevalent global concern impacting pregnant women and new mothers. Women frequently utilize technology for perinatal health (PMH) assistance, including smartphone applications, web-based platforms, social media, online support groups. This study aims to understand mothers' perceived acceptability effectiveness of technologies the challenges they face while adopting those navigate their PMH journey. We conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews with mothers (n=15) who were either or in postpartum. Additionally, we gathered data (1600 posts corresponding 10,000 comments) from communities explore discussions concerning utilization during period. Our findings elucidate diverse experiences around professional help, support, anonymity, misinformation when using how these shape envision future aspects. Globally, health services have transitioned to deliver childbirth and parenting education (CPE) via telehealth, with limited understanding of the impact these changes. However, its broader adoption within different settings has been impacted by inconsistent and non-standardized terminology, which poses challenges to implementation stakeholder communication. A mixed-methods approach was used, comprising four phases.
