Among the most common medical problems experienced by older adults (over 60 years) are diabetes, Parkinson’s disease (PD), and erectile dysfunction (ED). The potential use of Mucuna pruriens in treating type 2 diabetes (T2D), PD, ED is being investigated. Literature searches were conducted using PubMed, MEDLINE, Mendeley databases (1990–2023). Key words related to pruriens, EDs used. An analysis 26 preclinical clinical trials suggested that may be used treat ED. This study revealed a correlation between Parkinson’s, ED, with metabolic disorders cause. pruriens-based therapeutics could positive source leva-dopa (LD) medications.
