The rapid development of the internet things (IoT) prompts organizations and developers to seek innovative approaches for future IoT device research. Leveraging advanced artificial intelligence (AI) models such as ChatGPT holds promise in reshaping conceptualization, development, commercialization devices. Through real‐world data utilization, AI enhances effectiveness, adaptability, devices wearables, expediting their production process from ideation deployment customer assistance. However, integrating into IoT–based wearables poses ethical concerns including ownership, security, privacy, accessibility, bias, accountability, cost, design, quality, storage, model training, explainability, consistency, fairness, safety, transparency, trust, generalizability. Addressing these principles necessitates a comprehensive review literature identify classify relevant principles. author identified 14 using systematic (SLR) with criteria frequency ≥ 50% based on similarities. Four categories emerge principles, culminating application Fuzzy‐TOPSIS analyzing, categorizing, ranking, prioritizing From technique results, principle security privacy is highly ranked software wearable ranking value “0.925” consistency coefficient index. This method, well‐established computer science, effectively navigates fuzzy uncertain decision‐making scenarios. pioneer outcomes this study provide taxonomy‐based valuable insight manufacturers, facilitating analysis, categorization, prioritization amid integration wearables’ research development.
