Due to uncontrollable or objective reasons, mismarked labels (i.e., noise labels) are inevitably generated in the supervised fault diagnosis dataset of train axle box bearings. Self-paced learning is an effective method deal with noise, but it needs set additional hyperparameters, which limits its application. Therefore, this paper proposes a novel based on adaptive curriculum self-paced resistance under noisy labels. First, uses discrete wavelet packet transform perform localized analysis one-dimensional signals both time and frequency domains. Second, memory effect convolutional neural networks exploited learn predefined curriculum. In framework, epoch statistics proposed select confidence samples update curriculum, provides meaningful information for model be trained next. Third, loss combined original function used optimize selected samples. The was validated using fault-bearing from Paderborn University high-speed bogie simulation test bench. Even uniform ranging 0% 50%, achieved over 90% accuracy datasets.
