Abstract
Background
Major
depressive
disorder
(MDD)
is
a
debilitating
and
prevalent
mental
with
high
disease
burden.
Despite
wide
array
of
different
treatment
options,
many
patients
do
not
respond
to
initial
attempts.
Selection
