Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (CNS) with no curative treatment, and available therapies aim to modify course disease. It has been demonstrated that extracts Tagetes lucida have immunomodulatory neuroprotective effects. This paper presents a spatiotemporal deep learning approach for mouse behavioral classification in the home-cage. Using series of dual-stream architectures with assorted modifications optimal performance, we introduce novel feature sharing that jointly processes streams at regular intervals throughout network. The dataset focus is an annotated, publicly available singly-housed mouse. We achieved even better accuracy by ensembling best performing models; Inception-based network and attention-based network, both which utilize this attribute. Furthermore, demonstrate through ablation studies all models, consistently outperform conventional having standalone streams. In particular, inception-based showed higher gains their increase anywhere between 6.59% 15.19%. best-performing models were also further evaluated on other datasets.
