Background: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is the most common form of violence, presenting a significant public health concern, especially for women and girls. Help-seeking can reduce future IPV mitigate adverse outcomes, including mental issues. Objectives: This study first national assessment on IPV, consequences, associated help-seeking behaviors in Nepal. Design: A cross-sectional descriptive study. Methods: Using secondary data from 2022 Nepal Demographic Health Survey, this includes 5178 aged 15–49 employs multivariate regression analysis to explore association between problems, as well factors influencing behavior both Results: Among participants, 31.4% reported ever experiencing (29.4% all women) past 12 months. Objetivo conocer las contribuciones del uso de la simulación clínica en atención a mujeres adolescentes situación violencia pareja el contexto Atención Primaria Salud. Método estudio cualitativo con 30 estudiantes pregrado medicina y 28 enfermería una universidad pública Brasil. La recogida datos fue mediada por un debriefing holístico, posterior análisis temático reflexivo e inductivo. Resultados surgieron dos temas: complejidad competencias desarrolladas mediante simulación. Los plantearon debido los aspectos familiares, particularidades población, ambivalencia sentimientos relación violenta límite entre preservar autonomía obligación denunciar. Se desarrollaron practicaron diversas habilidades, como mediación conflictos, respeto, vinculación, acogida reconocimiento red apoyo. Conclusión demostró ser herramienta poderosa para proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje cursos pregrado, ya que permitió reflexionar sobre especificidades adolescentes. El abordaje también profundizar cómo esta estrategia puede coherente temas complejos involucran adquisición experimentación cognitivas, procedimentales actitudinales.
