Os medicamentos psicofármacos são substâncias que agem no sistema nervoso central (SNC), podem ser divididos em 4 categorias: antidepressivos, antipsicóticos, estabilizadores do humor e ansiolíticos. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar os principais dispensados uma farmácia comunitária da cidade de João Pessoa durante meses janeiro a junho 2024. A pesquisa trata-se um descritivo, exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa qualitativa dados respeito dos dez foram obtidos através interno própria farmácia, Linx Big Farma. coletados organizados, processados tabulados software Microsoft Office Excel® 2010. Foram 698 psicofármacos, sendo classe mais comercializada na filial antidepressivos 39,97%, seguida pelos ansiolíticos 39,83%, o pode sugerir intensificação depressão ansiedade população. É possível observar quatro dispensados, três inibidores seletivos recaptação serotonina antidepressivo tricíclico. obteve maior dispensação sertralina 115 unidades, totalizando 41,2%, pela fluoxetina, escitalopram amitriptilina.
