The pandemic resulting from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has entailed social and psychological consequences for Spanish population, with children autism spectrum disorder (ASD) being particularly vulnerable due to their genetic characteristics. present study focuses on efforts of parents improve situation during pandemic. In particular, objective is identify promoting variables (subjective well-being, positive mental health, support, humour, cognitive reappraisal, self-esteem) sociodemographic that predict resilience, marking coping this adverse situation. Furthermore, conceptually explores potential role emotional intelligence in resilience-building processes. We hypothesised higher scores these would greater potentially serving as an underlying framework. methodology employed follows: A cross-sectional predictive was conducted a sample 799 using online questionnaire administered confinement SARS-CoV-2 information analysed based data provided by parents. The purpose of this study is to critically reflect on the value House-Tree-Fire-Water-Person (HTFWP) drawing as a tool engage parents children aged 10-12 in sandplay therapy for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). To do so, we draw empirical work that addressed gaps existing parent-psychologist alliance literature by exploring usefulness sharing HTFWP series with at feedback sessions. We employed an instrumental, multiple case design. sample consisted 7 cases, involving (n = 9) and child-clients referred GAD 7). Parent-generated data included verbatim transcripts initial semi-structured interviews, three elicitation conversations (i.e. HTFWP-facilitated sessions) post-intervention interview.
