Despite the global nature of psychological issues, an overwhelming majority research originates from a small segment world's population living in high-income countries (HICs). This disparity risks distorting our understanding phenomena by underrepresenting cultural and contextual diversity human experience. Research lower- middle-income (LMIC) is also less frequently cited, both because it seemingly viewed as 'special case' well known due to language differences biases indexing algorithms. Acknowledging actively addressing this imbalance crucial for more inclusive, diverse, effective science evidence-based intervention. In State Science review, we used machine learning method identify key topics LMIC on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), choosing ACT significant body work LMICs. We examined one indication study quality (study size), overall citations. LMICs was often non-indexed, leading lower citations, but size could not explain lack indexing. Many objectively identified became invisible when ignored. Specific exhibited potentially important topics. conclude that strong affirmative actions are needed scientific associations others ensure conducted, known, indexed, CBT researchers interested intervention science.

Bilişsel yaklaşıma göre bireylerin yaşadıkları travmatik bir olay karşısında vereceği tepkiler bireyin bilişleri ile ilişkilidir. Buradan hareketle deprem deneyimlemiş ergenlerin sonrası ruh sağlığı sorunları yaşamalarında ve sorunların kronikleşmesinde bilişlerinin önemli rolü olduğu söylenebilir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, olan bilişlerini değerlendirmeye dönük olarak geçerli güvenilir ölçümler yapan ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Çalışma 854 lise öğrencisinin (Erkek = 337, %39,5; Kadın 517, %60,5) katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerlik değerlendirmeleri için uzman görüşü, açımlayıcı doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri, ölçüt geçerliliği, yakınsak geçerlilik ayırt edici analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan tüm ölçümleri neticesinde ölçeğin 16 maddeli 4 faktörlü yapısının bahsi geçen kriterlerini sağladığı tespit edilmiştir. Güvenirlik ise kompozit güvenirlik değerleri, iç tutarlılık katsayıları test-tekrar test korelasyonları incelenmiştir. ölçümlerinin de görülmüştür. Excessive reassurance-seeking in OCD has been linked to the maintenance of OCD, functioning as a type checking ritual. Current treatments recommend imposition extinction seeking and providing reassurance; however, this is not well tolerated. Although it suggested that provision support may provide more helpful alternative, there no empirical evidence for this. In present study, 36 participants with engaged two personalised semi-idiographic scenarios which they imagined receiving reassurance emotional counterbalanced order. The primary outcome measure was anticipated urge seek reassurance, found significantly decrease condition relative regardless order presentation. Emotional perceived acceptable when compared imagining terms higher ratings helpfulness managing emotions, feelings calmness closeness, sense were fighting together. These findings preliminary value encouraging giving an alternative reassurance. Implications clinical work further research are discussed.

Abstract Introduction Only a minority of individuals with mental health disorders receive specialist treatment. Low‐intensity psychological therapies, like guided self‐help, have the potential to bridge this global treatment gap. However, systematic process for developing such therapies has not been proposed. This study proposes low‐intensity treatments, exemplified by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) intervention children and young people eating disorders. Methods A systematic, three‐step is presented. Firstly, common elements analysis conducted within three pillars evidence‐based practice (research, clinical expertise, patient preferences). Secondly, coding matrix used synthesize across these pillars. Finally, public involvement (PPI) feedback incorporated refinement. Results Applying methodology led development an eight‐module, low intensity CBT disorders, covering topics as regular eating, body image, social media, managing emotional triggers. Conclusion The derived from novel evidence‐informed considers implementation into routine outset. approach interventions holds promise closing gap irrespective therapeutic orientation or disorder.
