With the improvement of quality life, assessment total antioxidant capacity (TAC) has attracted much attention in field a healthy diet, food analysis, or health guidelines. In this work, Cu nanoparticles (NPs)/CoO/carbon nanofibers (CNFs) as promising nanozyme for peroxidase (POD) mimicking was synthesized by electrospinning and carbonation. Subsequently, colorimetric sensing platform is constructed TAC using 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) chromogenic substrate based on NPs/CoO/CNFs under presence H2O2. The enhanced POD catalytic efficiency TMB oxidation (ox-TMB) about 3.2-fold higher than that bare NPs/CNFs CoO/NFs, which ascribed to synergistic effect generation heterogeneous interfaces between NPs CoO CNFs. When some antioxidants such AA, FA, TA, GA were introduced system, ox-TMB reduced colorless TMB, allowing subsequent TAC. results show limits detection toward 8.7, 8.3, 2.7, 2.4 μM, respectively. Moreover, proposed method used assay real samples including fresh juices commercial beverages, showed good promise practical applications nutrition assessment, personalized intervention, staple research.

The development of chemiluminescence-based innovation sensing systems and the construction a mechanism to improve analytical performance compounds remain great challenge. Herein, we fabricated an advanced oxidation processes pretreated chemiluminescence (AOP-CL) system via introduction cobalt-modified black phosphorus nanosheets (Co@BPNs) achieve higher efficient thiabendazole (TBZ) detection. Co@BPNs, enriched with lattice oxygen, exhibited superior catalytic for accelerating decomposition ferrate (VI). This Co@BPNs-based (VI) AOP demonstrated unique ability selectively decompose TBZ, resulting in strong CL emission. On this basis, highly selective sensitive platform TBZ was established, which resistance common ions pesticides interference. successfully applied detecting environmental samples such as tea kiwi fruits. Besides, detection explored, produced high yield ROS (mainly 1O2), oxidized thiazole-based structure generating chemical energy that transferred Co@BPNs electron exchange luminescence (CIEEL) mechanism, leading intense Notably, study not only proposed innovative approach enhance activity properties nanomaterials but also offered new pathway designing probes pollutant monitoring complex samples.

Nanoplastics (NPs) represent a growing concern for global environmental health, particularly in marine ecosystems where they predominantly accumulate. The impact of NPs on benthic organisms, such as bivalves, raises critical questions regarding ecological integrity and food safety. Traditional methods assessing NP toxicity are often limited by their time-intensive nature ethical considerations. Herein, we explore the toxicological effects bivalve

Dual/multimodal imaging strategies are increasingly recognized for their potential to provide comprehensive diagnostic insights in cancer by harnessing complementary data. This study presents an innovative probe that capitalizes on the synergistic benefits of afterglow luminescence and magnetic resonance (MRI), effectively eliminating autofluorescence interference delivering a superior signal-to-noise ratio. Additionally, it facilitates deep tissue penetration enables noninvasive imaging.
