Accurate detection of multiple cardiovascular biomarkers is crucial for the timely screening acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and differential diagnosis from aortic (AAS). Herein, an antibody microarray-based metal-enhanced fluorescence assay (AMMEFA) has been developed to quantitatively detect 7 through formation a sandwich immunoassay on poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)-decorated GNR-modified slide (GNR@P(GMA-HEMA) slide). The AMMEFA exhibits high specificity sensitivity, linear ranges span 5 orders magnitude, limits (LODs) cardiac troponin I (cTnI), heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP), C-reactive (CRP), copeptin, myoglobin, D-Dimer, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) reach 0.07, 0.2, 65.7, 0.6, 8.3, 0.3 pg mL–1, respectively. To demonstrate its practicability, applied analyze in 140 clinical plasma samples. In addition, expression levels were analyzed by least absolute shrinkage selector operator (LASSO) regression, area under receiver characteristic curves (AUCs) healthy donors (HDs), ACS patients, AAS patients are 0.99, 0.98, 0.97,

The modern lifestyle has increased our utilization of pollutants such as heavy metals, aromatic compounds, and contaminants that are rising concern, involving pharmaceutical personal products other materials may have an important environmental impact. In particular, the ultimate results intense use highly stable materials, metals chemical restudies, they turn into waste which, when discharged, accumulate in water bodies. this context, present review presents application metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) electrochemiluminescent (ECL) sensing for pollutant detection. MOF composites applied innovative luminophore or carriers, electrode modification, enhancement co-reaction ECL sensors enabled sensitive monitoring some most common emerging concern volatile organic pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals, cyanotoxins. Moreover, we provide future trends prospects associated with sensing.
