Recently, optical nanomaterials have attracted much attention in the field of electrochemiluminescence (ECL). Nanostructured ceria possessed unique properties, and it's always used for constructing ECL sensor as catalyst improving sensing performance, while property is rarely studied. In fact, it could be potential candidate applying sensors based on size shape dependency caused by quantum scale effects. The recent SARS-CoV-2 pandemic underscores the need for rapid and accurate prediction of clinical thrombotic events. Here, we developed nanoengineered multichannel immunosensors detection circulating biomarkers associated with thrombosis, including C-reactive protein (CRP), calprotectin, soluble platelet selectin (sP-selectin), D-dimer. We fabricated using fiber laser engraving carbon nanotubes CO 2 cutting microfluidic channels, along electrochemical deposition gold nanoparticles to conjugate biomarker-specific aptamers antibody. Using unsupervised clustering based on four biomarker concentrations, predicted events in 49 53 patients. four-biomarker combination yielded an area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) 0.95, demonstrating high sensitivity specificity acute thrombosis compared AUC values individual biomarkers: CRP (0.773), calprotectin (0.711), sP-selectin (0.683), D-dimer (0.739). Thus, a platform provides efficient methods predicting guiding personalized medicine.
