Due to the limitation that natural peroxidase enzymes can only function in relatively mild environments, nanozymes have expanded application of enzymology biological field by dint their ability maintain catalytic oxidative activity harsh environments. At same time, development new and highly efficient composite has been a challenge due limitations monometallic particles applications inherently poor enzyme-mimetic nanozymes. The inherent enzyme-mimicking is Au, Ag, Pt, along with other transition metals. Moreover, nanomaterials exhibit excellent when composited materials. Therefore, this paper focuses on simulated prepared using noble metals such as Pt metal nanoparticles recent years. Their enzymatic utilized for biomedical glucose detection, cancer cell detection tumor treatment, antibacterial applications.
