Pyroptosis, often referred to as inflammatory necrosis, is a type of programmed cell death, characterized by the swelling cells until membranes rupture, resulting in release intracellular substances and strong response. Lipid droplets mitochondria play important roles cellular activities. A correlation exists between pyroptosis mitochondrial dysfunction, which can be reflected through physiological functions involves changes microenvironment morphology. In this work, "double-responsive" "dual-targeted" fluorescent probe named WD-2 was constructed. It has excellent response performance viscosity ONOO-, simultaneously monitor relevant levels lipid mitochondria. Its remarkable targeting ability toward been verified colocalization experiments. imaging experiments, interaction during nutritional stress preliminarily studied. With help doxorubicin hydrochloride, level ONOO- were explored, providing new perspective for understanding mechanism process.
