Wound healing remains a global challenge for clinical and experimental research. Hydrogels prepared from natural polysaccharides show great potential in the wound process. In this study, novel hydrogels (G-GLP) were using oxidized Ganoderma lucidum (OGLPs) carboxymethyl chitosan via Schiff base reaction, which did not require addition of any chemical cross-linking agent. The showed excellent mechanical properties biocompatibility. Moreover, superior hemostatic performance mouse liver trauma tail amputation models. Importantly, G-GLP improved inflammation by promoting polarization macrophage M2 subtype, inhibiting M1 subtype reducing intracellular levels reactive oxygen species. vivo experiments demonstrated that accelerated total defect model blood vessel repair collagen deposition. These results demonstrate has as an effective dressing.
