In this study, heterogeneous biocatalysts were produced by successfully synthesizing the metal-organic framework (MOF) NH2-MIL-125(Ti) as a support, followed chemical stabilization of lipase enzyme using Ugi four-component reaction (Lipase-NH2-MIL-125), resulting in efficiency 87%. The amine group MOF plays one reactants reaction, and firm covalent bond is created between which avoids leaching leads to stable biocatalyst. Enzyme efficiency, reusability, pH, temperature stability Lipase-NH2-MIL-125 have been investigated, their high performance has proven for biodiesel production process oleic acid utilized evaluate catalytic activity designed biocatalyst, different parameters optimized. results confirmed good production, even after 6 cycles, slightly decreased, biocatalyst during reaction.

Abstract Most of the household relies on an LPG cooking stove for meal preparation, with approximately 20 crore families across India consuming 1.5 lakh crores annually. Due to their dependency open areas, present solar cookers are useless at night and morning, restricting usage afternoon despite sufficient radiation 9–10 months. Phase-change materials expensive thermal energy storage (TES) devices needed conventional power facilities. An economical TES system using parabolic sun dish collectors is decrease import costs pollution. In response, this project aims design a collector coupled system, utilizing specially engineered carbon bricks enhance heat retrieval capacities while reducing initial costs. Employing ANSYS-CFX software, undergoes thorough examination. Computational fluid dynamics analysis conducted evaluate transfer coefficients both hot fluid, responsible heating bricks, cold which cools them.
