Selectively colonized microbial communities and enriched antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in (micro)plastics aquatic soil environments make the plastisphere a great health concern. Although microplastics (MPs) are distributed indoor high abundance, information on effect of MPs community an environment is lacking. Here, we detected polymers (containing natural polymers), bacterial communities, 18 kinds ARGs collected dust samples. A significant correlation by Procrustes analysis between composition abundance was observed, tests redundancy identified specific associations MP taxa, such as polyamide Actinobacteria. In addition, showed positive with relative (to 16S RNA), while polymers, cellulosics, correlations absolute rRNA. Simulated experiments verified that significantly higher biomasses were observed surface cotton, hair, wool than MPs, MPs. However, amount ARG found poly(lactic acid), biodegradable plastics highest yield. addition to water environments, may also affect specifically enrich ARGs. Moreover, degradable nondegradable result different hazards due their distinct effects community.
