The cooperation between microalgae and bacteria can enhance the carbon fixation efficiency of microalgae. In this study, a microalgae-bacteria coexistence system under high-concentration CO2 stress was constructed, bacterial community structure entire analyzed using 16S rDNA technique. Microbacterium sp., Bacillus Aeromonas sp. were screened demonstrated to promote in Chlorella vulgaris HL 01 (C. 01). Among them, + C. experimental group exhibited most significant effect, with an increase about 24% final biomass yield daily 245% (day 7) compared control group. Continuous cultivation symbiosis showed that could utilize compounds secreted by for growth produce nutrients maintain vitality Detection extracellular organic microorganisms culture broth excitation-emission matrix spectral analysis revealed utilized aromatic proteinaceous others produced new required 01. metabolic substances liquids groups liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, it found 31 unique bacteria, 136 produced. These differential mainly acids their derivatives, benzene compounds, heterocyclic etc. results fully demonstrate ability persistence are improved through material exchange bacteria. This study establishes method screen carbon-fixing symbiotic verifies significantly improve exchange, providing foundation further research microalgae-bacterial fixation.
