Conventional detection technologies for environmental contaminants have primarily focused on providing accurate qualitative and quantitative evaluations single pollutant types, leading to increased costs an inability satisfy the growing demand detecting a broader spectrum of pollutants. Here, we introduced novel analytical method simultaneously measure concentration levels diverse pollutants, characterized by their distinct properties, across complex biological samples. Per- polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) antibiotics were used as case study due frequency in environment known impacts Our harnesses salting-out effect sodium chloride proteins within muscle tissues 178 marine species, which significantly reduces addition extraneous substances, mitigates matrix interference, avoids reliance solid-phase extraction or dispersive agents. The provides simultaneous pretreatment several compounds, with limits from 0.002 0.41 ng/g dry weight, are substantially lower than conventional methods. Overall, this streamlines efficiency, decreases costs, lessens effects, sets solid groundwork future applications concurrent environmentally pertinent pollutants varied characteristics.

Reproductive system diseases have become a major health challenge facing humans, so extensive investigations are needed to understand their complex pathogenesis and summarize effective treatments. In the study of reproductive diseases, mice most commonly used animal model. However, cost time required establish mouse models high. The existing zebrafish model can solve this problem well. Zebrafish is an with great application prospects has lots advantages, including high degree genetic conservation short cycle, transparent embryos, rapid growth, providing unique opportunities for high-throughput drug screening identification potential Researchers successfully chemical induction, physical damage, gene editing technology, etc., induce damage in biological processes related its diseases. Therefore, review, main advantages summarized, pathological mechanisms as disease clarified, new perspectives valuable insights provided treatment human literature data cited review all from PubMed, covering important research results on past 10 years.

Antibiotics have garnered significant attentions due to their extensive ecological risks, arising from ubiquitous utilization in human and veterinary medicine, as well agricultural practices. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive investigation of 25 antibiotics environmental biological samples the Boyang Lake Basin China. Notably, during wet season, concentrations Ganjiang River (water: 279.072 – 772.661 ng/L, sediment: 524.347 1154.15 ng/g) were significantly higher than those 475.05 782.79 ng/g, ng/g). While no variation antibiotic between dry season was observed, except for water Lake. Additionally, found various aquatic plants amphibians, bioconcentration factor (BCF) values followed sequence emergent > floating submerged plants, benthic organisms ducks fish. Moreover, analyzed correlation among different matrices ecosystem that viviparid snails positively correlated with ducks, negatively carps black algae. These findings highlighted contamination Region.
