ABSTRACT Rationale Miniature mass spectrometry (mini‐MS) is a powerful method for onsite analysis of complex. The sampling/ionization approach critical in rapid screening complex samples by mini‐MS field environments. Therefore, new development direct ionization/sampling coupled with needed sample analysis. Methods A kit using wooden tip or plant tissue was developed to couple samples. Targeted analytes were detected and identified mini‐MS/MS. Results Various raw including powders, liquid, viscous directly sampled ionized tip. Direct pesticide detection juice used further evaluate the analytical performances newly kit, obtaining excellent sensitivity, reproducibility, quantitation capacity Furthermore, also successful demonstrated ionization, showing fast, simple, efficient biological tissue. Conclusions Overall, our data showed that this sensitive
