The analogues of biphenol A (BPA), including bisphenol S (BPS) and B (BPB), are commonly used to replace the application BPA in containers wrappers daily life. However, their safeties questioned due similar chemical structure possible physiological effects as BPA. To investigate neurotoxic BPA, BPS, BPB well underlying mechanism, IMR-32 cell line from male SK-N-SH female were exposed respectively BPS with concentrations 1 nM, 10 100 μM, μM for 24 h. Additionally, h exposure combining epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) (4 8 respectively) conducted. Results demonstrated that BPs could promote reactive oxygen species production increase level malondialdehyde (MDA) while decrease levels superoxide dismutase (SOD). Intensive study revealed after mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) dropped down protein expression Bak-1, Bax, cytochrome c Caspase-3 up-regulated but Bcl-2 down-regulated significantly. Moreover, apoptosis rate was raised activity declined remarkably neuroblastoma cells. All induced by be alleviated adding EGCG, which alleviations inferred cells BPB. Furthermore, showed lower compared Interestingly, on significantly higher than those In conclusion, results suggested induce oxidative stress via pathway is more susceptible female.

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a well-known for endocrine-disrupting chemical (EDC) and one of the highest amounts chemicals produced worldwide. Some countries restrict use BPA, which widely used in production variety products. Considering toxicity limitations on efforts are needed to find safer alternatives. Increasingly, bisphenol F (BPF) S (BPS) alternatives increasing their exposure levels various environments. There many ways assess whether an EDC. Here, we evaluated risks bisphenols by investigating agonist antagonist activities with estrogen (ER), androgen (AR), aryl hydrocarbon (AhR) receptors. Our results showed that BPS, BPF (BPs) have decrease ERα protein level. Interestingly, mixture BPs had ER anti-AR activity at lower concentrations than alone. The activation AhR was not concentration-dependent effect BPs, although it increased significantly. In conclusion, activities, differs from
