In recent years, nitro explosives have posed a threat to national security and human health due their hazard environmental contamination. The rapid effective detection of remains challenge. this work, new Schiff base ligand H2L was carefully designed successfully synthesized, = 1,1'-((1E,1'E)-(cyclohexane-1,4-diylbis (azanylidene)) bis (methylidene) (naphthalene-2-ol). Two coordination polymers, [Zn2L2]n [La(NO3)3 (H2L)2CH3OH]n, were constructed by solvothermal reaction. aforementioned polymers characterized X-ray, PXRD, TGA, FT-IR, the results demonstrated that Zn-CP La-CP exhibited one-dimensional chain structure two-dimensional reticular structure. Given excellent performance (CPs) in field fluorescence analysis sensing, sensing experiments conducted on explosives. experimental high selectivity sensitivity for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) quenching, with limit 4 × 10-6 M. TNP even as low 0.78 M, quenching effect constants KSV 7.03 103 1.59 104 M-1. Through experimentation density functional theory calculations, observed can be attributed three mechanisms: photoinduced electron transfer, resonance energy electrostatic interactions between CPs NACs. Moreover, sensor-coated portable test strip devices fabricated easy on-site explosive.

Abstract Improvement of boehmite (AlOOH)‐derived aluminum oxide catalyzed intramolecular aldol condensation 2,5‐hexanedione (HDN) to 3‐methyl‐2‐cyclopentenone (MCP) is examined by addition another element (M: Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Sr, In, La, Ce, Gd, and none) as 3 wt% (in theory) with thermal treatment at 600 °C. It particularly interesting that only the La‐loaded AlOOH exhibited positive performance 49% yield for MCP in comparison pristine 40% under same reaction condition (3.0 mmol HDN). The calcination temperature loading amount La were surveyed further assess unique trends La‐derived reactivity. Findings indicate 5 calcined 500 °C best catalyst affording 60% 71% selectivity production among various Al 2 O categories. As generated La/Al also possesses good stability continuous transformation HDN MCP, which appreciable more than 20 h while maintaining greater 80% a liquid‐flow reactor system.
