ABSTRACT A nitrogen‐doped carbon‐supported Fe‐Fe 3 C‐Fe O 4 composite (Fe‐Fe @CN) has been synthesized through a one‐step pyrolysis of an iron‐based complex (Fe@tremella‐est), in alignment with the principles surface organometallic chemistry (SOMC). The Fe@tremella‐est was straightforward chelation process using N‐containing alanine‐modified tremella (tremella‐est) as raw material. This approach enhances resulting catalyst by providing large specific area, high dispersity, and increased number Fe‐N species. These distinctive advantages confer upon @CN higher catalytic efficiency compared traditional catalysts C@CN C@CN‐550), along enhanced stability during recycling experiments. SOMC strategy may serve new framework for synthesis biomass‐derived nanocatalysts various reactions.

Abstract The acceptorless dehydrogenation reaction is a sustainable and atom‐economical methodology in organic synthesis, resulting the byproducts of only hydrogen or water. Herein, robust Co−Si/CN catalyst (derived from ZIF@SiO 2 composite) has been synthesized through one‐step assembly process via pyrolysis etching. This employed for dehydrogenative coupling 2‐aminoalcohols with secondary alcohols, enabling efficient conversion various substrates into desired quinoline pyridine derivatives yield up to 94 %.

ABSTRACT In this study, a type of highly distinctive functional cerium‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) materials was successfully prepared. The prominent feature material lies in the fact that it contains considerable number uncoordinated imine groups, and labeled as Ce‐H 2 salen. Meanwhile, by taking advantage unique complexation reaction between iron element hexamethylenetetramine, two MOFs were combined to form named Fe‐ hmta . species uniformly systematically dispersed within molecular structure This arrangement not only optimized material's microscopic but also established foundation for enhancing its subsequent performance. Subsequently, above with different functions innovatively integrated organically, finally, @Ce‐H salen composite obtained. A variety characterization techniques employed, including XPS, FT‐IR, UV–Vis, HADDF‐STEM, investigate interaction mechanisms analyze distribution on MOFs. Importantly, as‐synthesized catalyst demonstrates exceptional performance alcoholysis epoxides. indicates has potential be promising other epoxides well.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted much attention owing to their tuneable structures, high surface areas, and good functionalization. Nanoreactors derived from various MOFs are now widely used in heterogeneous catalysis, electrocatalysis photocatalysis. The nanoarchitectures of derivatives a great impact on mass energy transfer pathways, thus affecting the activity selectivity catalysts. In this review, we intend provide universal survey reported methods synthesize MOF-based core-satellite, core-shell, yolk-shell hollow-shell structures or recent years present continuous evolution among them. We hope that review could some perspectives for exploring new facile prepare different hierarchical derivatives.
