Accurate measurement of the purity and content heavy water is great concern in nuclear energy, chemical industry, biomedicine. Since physical properties D2O H2O are very similar, achieving luminescent detection challenging. Due to difference vibrational frequency O–D O–H bonds, quenching efficiency excited state Ln3+ different, which leads a significant optical Ln3+. "Off-on" electrochemiluminescence (ECL) techniques have garnered considerable interest in the biosensing field owing to its high sensitivity, low background signal, signal-to-noise ratio, and avoidance of false-positive signals. However, a significant hurdle that prevents further application is lack nontoxic, label-free, easily synthesized ECL luminophores. In addition, achieving quenching efficiency on these luminophores still requires strategy renewal. this study, we propose novel Tb-DNA nanoparticles (NPs) as an emerging luminophore with environmental risk easy synthesis, which were facile coordination-driven approach. Taking advantage sequence programmability conferred by DNA molecules, construct ultralow "off-on" platform anchoring multivalent aptamer nanoparticles, facilitates close proximity electron acceptors (e.g., dopamine (DA) oxidized K2S2O8, DAOx) enables efficient transfer between excited state NPs DAOx. Using membrane protein tyrosine kinase-7 (PTK-7) sensing target, our spatially confined aptamer-anchored displayed good detection performance, exhibiting range 90 106 cells/mL limit single-digit number cells. This work not only puts forward Tb-DNA-based but also proposes aptamer-recognized acceptor noise, specificity, might hold great potential for ultrasensitive detection.

Abstract Two water‐stable indium metal‐organic frameworks, (NH 2 Me ) 3 [In (BTB) 4 ] ⋅ 12DMA 4.5H O (In‐MOF‐1) and 9 6 8 (H O) (DMSO) 27DMSO 21H (In‐MOF‐2) (BTB=4,4′,4′′‐benzene‐1,3,5‐tribenzoate) with 3D interpenetrated structure has been constructed by regulating solvents. Structure analysis revealed that In‐MOF‐1 a three‐dimensional (3D) single metal core, while In‐MOF‐2 features an octahedron cage three kinds of clusters to further form structure. The fluorescence investigations showed are potential MOF‐based fluorescent sensors detect acetone Fe 3+ ions in EtOH or water high sensitivity, excellent selectivity, recyclability low limit detection. Moreover, the mechanisms I n‐MOF‐1 toward were explained. In addition, higher thermal framework stability than . activated presents BET surface area 998.82 m g −1 pore size distribution 16 Å. At same time, exhibits selective CO adsorption for /CH /N , respectively. Furthermore, sites isotherms predicted using grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations, energy lowest‐energy configuration was calculated molecular dynamics (MD) simulations.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been widely used for separation, but amplifying subtle differences between similar molecules to achieve effective separation remains a great challenge. In this study, we utilize the fluorescent molecule uranine (Ura) modulate pores of zeolitic-imidazolate framework 8 (ZIF8), creating an unusual throttle effect. By monitoring fluorescence intensity changes in Ura, transport diffusion process could be quantified reveal constant solvents. When pushed Ura occupancy its limit (from 59% 76% and 98%), rate decreases by 2 orders magnitude. Most importantly, there is significant dissymmetry two-way exchange rates solvents, H
