electrochemiluminescence
(ECL)
techniques
have
garnered
considerable
interest
in
the
biosensing
field
owing
to
its
high
sensitivity,
low
background
signal,
signal-to-noise
ratio,
and
avoidance
of
false-positive
signals.
However,
a
significant
hurdle
that
prevents
further
application
is
lack
nontoxic,
label-free,
easily
synthesized
ECL
luminophores.
In
addition,
achieving
quenching
efficiency
on
these
luminophores
still
requires
strategy
renewal.
this
study,
we
propose
novel
Tb-DNA
nanoparticles
(NPs)
as
an
emerging
luminophore
with
environmental
risk
easy
synthesis,
which
were
facile
coordination-driven
approach.
Taking
advantage
sequence
programmability
conferred
by
DNA
molecules,
construct
ultralow
"off-on"
platform
anchoring
multivalent
aptamer
nanoparticles,
facilitates
close
proximity
electron
acceptors
(e.g.,
dopamine
(DA)
oxidized
K2S2O8,
DAOx)
enables
efficient
transfer
between
excited
state
NPs
DAOx.
Using
membrane
protein
tyrosine
kinase-7
(PTK-7)
sensing
target,
our
spatially
confined
aptamer-anchored
displayed
good
detection
performance,
exhibiting
range
90
106
cells/mL
limit
single-digit
number
cells.
This
work
not
only
puts
forward
Tb-DNA-based
but
also
proposes
aptamer-recognized
acceptor
noise,
specificity,
might
hold
great
potential
for
ultrasensitive
detection.

structure

constructed
by
regulating
solvents.
Structure
analysis
revealed
that
In‐MOF‐1
a
three‐dimensional
(3D)
single
metal
core,
while
In‐MOF‐2
features
an
octahedron
cage
three
kinds
of
clusters
to
further
form
structure.
The
fluorescence
investigations
showed
are
potential
MOF‐based
fluorescent
sensors
detect
acetone
Fe
3+
ions
in
EtOH
or
water
high
sensitivity,
excellent
selectivity,

Metal-organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
have
been
widely
used
for
separation,
but
amplifying
subtle
differences
between
similar
molecules
to
achieve
effective
separation
remains
a
great
challenge.

fluorescent
molecule
uranine
(Ura)
modulate
pores
of
zeolitic-imidazolate
framework

(ZIF8),
creating
an
unusual
throttle
effect.

fluorescence
