Lactiplantibacillus plantarum is a highly adaptable and versatile species that can be found in diverse range of niches. It generate bioactive compounds, including riboflavin, folic acid, exopolysaccharides, which contribute to the functional qualities fermented foods. This study aimed provide brief evaluation overall genetic characteristics, as well carbohydrate vitamin metabolisms, Lb. TRA56 (The TRA56). Its genome size was 3,242,215 bp with 44.41% GC content, 3.030 coding sequences, 62 tRNA genes, 3 rRNA, 4 ncRNA, 1 CRISPR array, 69 pseudogenes, 2 intact phages. had 195 singleton genes differed from those other strains analyzed pangenome. Moreover, it has been possesses facultative heterofermentive metabolism result existence 6-phosphofructokinase (pfk) fructose-bisphosphate aldolase (fbaA) enzymes. The strain's capacity synthesize vitamins B2, B5, B9 verified using computational tools. Cholesterol assimilation (46.28±1.6%) antioxidant activity against DPPH (59.04±0.43%) ABTS+ (77.76±0.33%) were via vitro tests. TRA56's metabolic characteristics demonstrated its potential probiotic food supplement, offering advantages host.
