It

we
propose

immunoassay
based
on
nanopore
bionic
signal
labels

The
introduction

clickase
effectively
addressed
inherent
limitations

enzymes
colorimetric
output,
respectively.
Using
this
method,
can
be
easily
formed
through
DNA
Gram-positive
bacterial
cell
wall
terminal
peptide
fragments
(labeled
by
alkynyl
azide,
respectively)
vancomycin.
Translocation
D-P@vancomycin
generated
highly
specific
oscillation
current
traces.
This
showed
great
superior
analytical
performance
owing
combination
specificity
antibodies,
high
CuAAC
click
reaction
catalytic
efficiency
clickase,
ultrasensitivity
nanopore,
resolution
D-P@vancomycin.
Moreover,
practical
applicability
established
was
also
verified,
achieving
limit
(LOD)
down
200.9
ag/mL
with
wide
linear
relationship
under
optimized
conditions.
