The
effects
of
high
hydrostatic
pressure
(HHP)
treatment
(100-600
MPa
for
10-60
min)
and
thermal
(boiling
on
oligosaccharides,
pinitol,
soyasapogenol
A
as
taste
ingredients
in
soybean
(Glycine
max
(L.)
Merr.)
(cv.
Yukihomare)
were
evaluated.
Additionally,
soybean-derived
fatty
acids
such
α-linolenic
acid,
linoleic
oleic
palmitic
stearic
acid
pressurized
soybeans
quantitatively
analyzed.
Sucrose,
stachyose,
raffinose
concentrations
decreased
all
tested
time
combinations;
however,
pinitol
increased
by
specific
combinations
at
100-400
min.
While
the
content
boiled
with
increasing
boiling
time,
that
was
altered
combinations.
At
lower
shorter
combinations,
essential
showed
higher
contents.
Stearic
contents
mild
levels
(300-500
MPa).
In
contrast,
combination
longer
results

microbiota
has

attention
as
important
regulatory
factor
human
health.
To
the
best
of
our
knowledge,
this
first
study
to
introduce
definition
background
sarcopenia
analyze
potential
impact
on
metabolism
growth,
including
aspects
such
metabolites,
protein
synthesis
energy
metabolism.
Additionally,
article
summarizes
current
research
progress
interventions
for
treatment
sarcopenia,
probiotics,
