Site-selective
O-arylations
of
glycoside-derived
diols
have
been
achieved
by
couplings
with
bromoarenes
upon
irradiation
blue
LEDs
in
the
presence
an
iridium
photocatalyst
and
a
nickel
complex.
The
use
hexamethylenetetramine
(hexamine)
place
quinuclidine,
along
application
methoxy-substituted
2,2′-bipyridine
ligand,
provided
improvements
yield
for
this
relatively
challenging
substrate
class.
Selective
arylation
took
at
less
sterically
hindered
OH
group,
as
determined
substitution

Borate
esters
have
been
applied
widely
as
coupling
partners
in
organic
synthesis.
However,
the
direct
utilization
of
borate
acceptors
O-glycosylation
with
glycal
donors
remains
underexplored.
Herein,
we
describe
a
novel
resulting
formation
2,3-unsaturated
O-glycosides
and
2-deoxy
mediated
by
palladium
copper
catalysis,
respectively.
This
method
tolerated
broad
scope
trialkyl/triaryl
borates
various
glycals
exclusive
stereoselectivities
high
yields.
All
desired
aliphatic/aromatic
were
generated
successfully,
without
hemiacetal
byproducts
O→C
rearrangement
because
nature
esters.
The
utility
this
strategy
was
demonstrated
functionalizing
glycoside
products
to
form
saturated
β-O-glycosides,
2,3-deoxy
O-glycosides,
2,3-epoxy
O-glycosides.

Abstract
Imidazoles
are
one
of
the
keys
N‐heterocycle
molecules
that
exist
in
structure
many
biomolecules.
In
this
research
project,
we
reported
Fe

@BisImid−CuBr
nanocomposite
is
an
attractive
and
efficient
nanomagnetic
catalyst
to
afford
2,4,5–triaryl
imidazoles
through
reactions
1,2–diketones
aldehydes
presence
NH
OAc
under
ecofriendly
conditions.
The
was
readily
fabricated
by
a
simple
method
from
available
reagents
its
analyzed
spectroscopic
techniques.
SEM
TEM
images
affirmed
formation
particles
spherical
shape
nanometer–size.
Under
methodology,
diverse
library
triaryl
were
afforded
with
high
yields
water.
This
synthetic
methodology
